To register and use the wjl2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Requirement: wjl2 takes the 21-year minimum age requirement seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited. wjl2 cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation arising from underage access.
wjl2 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wjl2 will result in account suspension pending resolution.
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on wjl2. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
When registering for a wjl2 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You must not impersonate another person or use false information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wjl2 account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact wjl2 support immediately.
wjl2 will never ask for your full password through any channel — not by email, SMS, live chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from wjl2 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
wjl2 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a Philippine-issued government ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC card) and a recent proof of billing address. All documents must be valid and clearly readable.

wjl2 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. All deposited funds must be your own and from a payment method registered in your name. wjl2 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.
Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered wjl2 account holder — are not accepted and will be reversed.
Withdrawals from your wjl2 account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method linked to your account in your name.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. wjl2 will hold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion for accounts that have not yet been fully verified. Players who have accepted active bonuses must fulfil all associated wagering requirements before the relevant bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
wjl2 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to provide supporting documentation.
Dormant Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances after written notice is sent to your registered mobile number.
wjl2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded on wjl2 carry a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward meeting the requirement.
wjl2 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies specifically designed to minimise variance while satisfying wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited.
All bonuses on wjl2 have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on wjl2 are considered final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation — including the selection, stake amount, and odds displayed. Errors made during the bet placement process that are confirmed by the player cannot be reversed after the fact.
Match results on wjl2 are determined by official governing bodies, tournament organisers, or, in the case of esports, the game's official broadcast result. For matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the following rules apply: postponed matches rescheduled within 24 hours remain active; events cancelled outright result in all stakes being returned to the player's account balance.
Live dealer game results are determined by real physical outcomes — cards dealt, wheels spun, and dice thrown — captured on camera in real time. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned. wjl2 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a live game session.
wjl2 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single bet or any 24-hour period. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Winnings that exceed the displayed maximum payout for a given market or game type may be reduced to the applicable limit.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on wjl2 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
Fraud and Money Laundering: wjl2 is required by law to report suspicious transactions and cooperate with Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Accounts suspected of fraud or money laundering will be frozen immediately and referred to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
wjl2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players.
In cases of permanent closure due to Terms violations, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated at the player's own request and no violations are present, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method within 5–10 business days.
Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact wjl2 support with supporting documentation. wjl2 will review appeals within 10 business days. The platform's decision on account status following a full review is final.
wjl2 collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by the wjl2 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

wjl2's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident. wjl2 makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
wjl2 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — wjl2 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or SMS to registered members before the changes take effect.
Minor amendments — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment processing arrangements — may be applied immediately without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of wjl2 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your only recourse is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of wjl2 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct negotiation. Players may contact wjl2 support to raise a formal complaint. wjl2 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority. wjl2 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation conducted by a competent Philippine authority.
